Intensive driving courses (also known as driving crash courses) can take anything from one to four weeks
depending on your previous driving experience and how much time you wish to set aside for driving practice each day.
According to the DSA, those who pass their driving test have had - on average - about 45 hours of professional training, combined with 22 hours of private practice.
